INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALL Combofix and CWSShredder, but not Super Anti Spyware.
In NORMAL MODE, turn off SYSTEM RESTORE* (see instructions below),
  then boot into SAFE MODE:
    (As soon as the first screen loads, begin tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Do so until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears. Use the arrow keys to choose Safe Mode. Then press Enter to start booting into Safe Mode.) .
RUN ComboFix…it will want to reboot at the end…choose SAFE MODE again.
RUN CWSShredder in SAFE MODE, the allow the computer to reboot into NORMAL MODE.
In NORMAL MODE, 'INSTALL' SuperAntispyware… then REBOOT and run a system scan in SAFE MODE, delete quarantine items.
Turn on system restore*, and REBOOT again into NORMAL MODE….
Should do the trick……

Another bad Malware is Vundo and its variants…..you may not have that problem…. I gave you a link for your perusal…

* To turn off SYSTEM RESTORE:
Open System Properties as follows:
Click:
  Start->Control Panel->System, or…
  Start->Control Panel-Performance and Maintenance->System"
  In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab
Ensure that the Turn off System Restore check box is selected.
If you cannot turn System Restore off, your domain administrator might have enforced administrative system Group Policy on System Restore. Contact your domain administrator.
